Fees
Public Defender fees are paid to the Collections Division at the Merced County Superior Court located at 2260 N Street, 2nd floor, Merced, California, 95340.
There is a $50.00 appointment fee that is to be paid when the court appoints our office to your case. Please bring the receipt for that payment with you to your first meeting with your attorney.
Court fees vary per case. The Court ordered fees will be in addition to the attorney fees in your particular case. You may address questions on fees with your attorney.
