Captain Aaron Rosenberg
Captain Rosenberg is the supervisor of patrol, investigations, the Communications Bureau, Animal Services Bureau, the Coroner’s Office, and area commander of the Charles F. Bludworth Sub-Station in Delhi, and the Jess “Pooch” Bowling Sub-Station in Los Banos.

Lieutenant Frank Swiggart
Lieutenant Swiggart oversees the daily operations of the Merced County Sheriff's Main Jail, Supervised Release Team (SRT), and Court Security Bureau.

Lieutenant Buck Ledford
Lieutenant Buck Ledford is the area commander of patrol operations of the Charles F. Bludworth substation. He also oversees the daily operations of the investigations Bureau, STAR Team, and Coroners Office. Lieutenant Ledford is also the Agency Liaison for Law Enforcement Mutual Aid Operations and the commander of the Sheriff's Search and Rescue Team.

Lieutenant Raymond Framstad
Lieutenant Framstad is currently assigned as the area commander of patrol operations of the Los Banos Jess “Pooch” Bowling Justice Center (JBS) substation. Lieutenant Framstad is also tasked with the daily operations of the Sheriff's Dispatch Center, Animal Services Bureau, Sheriff Enforcement Team, and Field Training Program.

Lieutenant Delray Shelton is the supervisor of the Sheriff's Business Offices, Civil Bureau, ID Bureau, and oversees the Jail Remodel Project.

Lieutenant Brandon Thomas
Lieutenant Thomas was promoted to Lieutenant and assigned to the Corrections Bureau. He oversees our Main Jail facility, Court Security Services, the Supervised Release Team, and the Jail Training Program.
