Merced County BHRS does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, ethic group identification, age, mental disability, physical disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, gender, gender identify, sexual orientation, or any other basis protected by federal or State civil rights laws.

If you feel you have been discriminated against you may follow the process for filing a grievance.
