Our goal is to work with you and your family on your journey to employment and self-sufficiency. The Employment and Training Handbook and the Manual de Empleo y Entrenamiento will inform you about the services available to you while you participate in the Employment and Training Program.

The Human Services Agency contracts with community partners to provide counseling for individuals trying to overcome substance abuse or mental illness.

Many Welfare-to-Work (WTW) participants come to the Human Services Agency with little education. Through contracts with various community partners, participants may receive classes in English as a Second Language.

Depending on results taken from a skills assessment test, applicants may be eligible to receive training in certain job fields.

Work Experience Placement finds temporary job placements for WTW participants with local business in a variety of job fields.
