Consumer suggestions are important to providing quality, effective services. Providers have Suggestion Forms available in service areas.
Consumer suggestions are welcome and can be placed in the designated boxes or given directly to mental health staff or the Patients' Rights Advocate.

The Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) receives and responds to complaints regarding services provided within the scope of practice of Merced County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services staff who are licensed under the BBS.
