Building and Safety Division Moved To Electronic Permit Submittals Jan. 4, 2016
In an effort to streamline services and reduce waste, the Building and Safety Division of the Merced County Department of Public Works shifted to electronic permit submittals starting January 4, 2016.
The Merced County Building and Safety Division is accepting application submittals and corrections electronically. You may submit applications and corrections to the following email address:
In the subject line of the email, please indicate the address of the site for a new Building Permit. If you are submitting corrections to a previously reviewed set of plans, please reference the Building Permit Number. Please see the link below for electronic submittals and acceptable formats.
