Services
Many Welfare-to-Work (WTW) participants come to the Human Services Agency with little education. Through contracts with various community partners, participants may receive classes in English as a Second Language (ESL), Adult Basic Education, and General Education Development.
Our Goal
By learning to communicate in English and by achieving a high school degree, participants will be much more likely to find employment and remain employed. Participants may also be able to work on achieving a college degree though the Self-Initiated Participation Program.
