All Dads Matter

Fatherhood Programs

The Merced County Human Services Agency (HSA) recognizes the positive impact of a caring, involved and nurturing father to a child’s healthy growth and development. Fatherhood programs support healthy children, families and communities.

All Dads Matter Resource Center

The All Dads Matter Resource Center is a one-stop where dads can receive one on one support with accessing services, navigating systems or meet one on one with a member of our team. We have a children’s area with toys, games and puzzles where children can be engaged while dad is meeting with staff. Our trauma-informed team is here to provide the support you need to the best dad you can be.

Boot Camp for Dads

This one day three-hour workshop focuses on new or expectant fathers preparing them to bond, support and care for their new baby. Dads will gain knowledge and skill from a trained coach/facilitator along with other veteran dads who have successfully completed the workshop.
