Merced resident Jesse M. Munoz, Jr., 33, was re-arrested by Merced County District Attorney investigators on Thursday for an outstanding Washington State arrest warrant. District Attorney Investigators originally arrested Munoz on July 23, 2008, for defrauding Merced County residents in a real estate investment schemes.
