PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE DRAFT ELECTION ADMINISTRATION PLAN AND RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA ELECTIONS CODE SECTION 4005 (a)(10)(D)(i)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested parties, that the Merced County Registrar of Voters will conduct a public hearing to consider and receive public comments on the Draft Election Administration Plan (EAP).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT the Draft Election Administration Plan (EAP) is posted on the Elections website at www.mercedelections.org. The plan is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Hmong, Mien and Punjabi in accordance with federal and state law.

The period for the public to submit comments regarding the Draft Election Administration Plan is June 28, 2021 through July 13, 2021. Comments may be submitted:

-In Writing:               Registrar of Voters/Elections Office

                                  2222 M Street, Merced, CA 95340

-By email:                elections@countyofmerced.com

-In Person:              At the public meeting

 

The public meeting on the Draft Election Administration Plan will be held:

 -When:                     July 13, 2021 at 6:00 pm

-Where:                    Merced County Administration Building

                                  2222 M Street, 3rd Floor – Board of Supervisors Chambers

                                  Merced, CA 95340
