[ARCHIVED] Upcoming Campaign Disclosure Deadline

FPPC Seal

The Form 460 is filed by recipient committees to report expenditures and contributions. The Form 460 can be used to file a pre-election statement, semi-annual statement, quarterly statement, termination statement, special odd-year report, or an amendment to a previously filed statement. For the upcoming filing deadline of January 31, 2023, this coverage period begins the day after the closing date of the last statement filed, or August 1, if no previous statement has been filed.

Please ensure that your statement is electronically filed using the eCampaign Finance Filing Portal. There is no provision in the law for extensions of the due date. Statements filed after the deadline will be considered late and are subject to fines.

For details on filing requirements, please contact the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) at (866) 275-3772. Free telephone assistance is available Monday through Thursday. The Commission is staffed with experts on the disclosure rules. You can also find more information by visiting the FPPC website.
