Benjamin Wagner, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California, will join Merced County District Attorney Larry D. Morse II, Merced County Sheriff Mark Pazin, Merced Police Chief Norm Andrade, Atwater Chief Richard Hawthorne and other law enforcement officials to discuss their efforts to battle mortgage fraud in the Central Valley at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 25th 2010 at the Riverstone at Bellevue housing development in Merced.
